2 tablespoons crushed corn flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
3/4 cup of tomato juice (I use V-8)
4 tablespoons of green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Moist chicken with water. In a plastic bag, shake chicken with flakes. Add salt and pepper. Place in pan. bake at 450 for 15 mins. Turn chicken over and bake for another 15 mins. to 20 mins. Drain fat. Combine tomato juice with remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Lower heat to 350. Bake, basting often, until chicken is tender and sauce is thick.

Personal Notes:
I like to add a splash of hot sauce to make it more of a hot dish. Also, serving over white rice makes it a filling meal.
