2 whole chicken breast 2 tablespoons of veg. oil 2 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of Brandy (yummy) 1 can of cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz.) 1/3 cup of sour cream 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1/2 tablespoon of paprika Generous "dash" of pepper
Brown chicken on oil and butter. Add brandy and let simmer. Add chicken to casserole pan. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat f( 325 ) or 45 mins. until sauce thickens.
I will grill two extra chicken breasts the night before (at dinner) to use the next day for this recipe. This will make it easy for a busy night.
