2 whole chicken breast
2 tablespoons of veg. oil
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of Brandy (yummy)
1 can of cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz.)
1/3 cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon of paprika
Generous "dash" of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken on oil and butter. Add brandy and let simmer. Add chicken to casserole pan. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat f( 325 ) or 45 mins. until sauce thickens.

I will grill two extra chicken breasts the night before (at dinner) to use the next day for this recipe. This will make it easy for a busy night.
