6 large green peppers
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of sugar
16 oz. can of tomato paste
1 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
wash peppers. Cut off tops and remove seedy portions. Pre-cook in large amount of boiling water for 5 mins. Place peppers on cookie sheet. Brown beef with onions, stir rice cereal, garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar, tomato paste, and tomatoes. Remove from heat. Spoon mixture into peppers. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Sprinkle tops with cheese. Serve.
