2 or 3 lbs. cooked (bite-size) chicken
1/3 can water
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, sour cream, soup, and water together well. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over top. Melt butter and pour over top of crackers. Bake 15 to 20 min. @ 350, until brown on top.
