6 medium zucchini
12 tbsp. butter
1 lb. rotini or rigatoni, cooked al dente
1/2 pint heavy cream
6 slices prosciutto, julienned
freshly ground pepper
1 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Quarter zucchini lengthwise, dice strips. Saute in 4 tbsp. butter over low hear for 15 minutes, add salt to taste. Melt remaining butter. In large bowl, add melted butter, cooked (hot) rotini or rigatoni and toss well. Add all other ingredients one at a time, tossing in between.
Serves 4 as a main course
