Dry Ingredients:
1 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Wet Ingredients:
2 eggs (beaten)
2/3 c. "real butter" (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Blend dry ingredients into the eggs and butter, mixing only until thoroughly blended. Spray mini pans lightly with a release agent such as PAM. Fill each one 3/4 full. Bake @ 350 for 6-10 min. They should be the consistency of pecan pie; not cake-like, but softer. Do not over bake. Let stand for 10 min. loosening edges with case knife.
