1 (19.5 oz) brownie mix, 1/2 c butter, melted, 1/4 c water
2 eggs, 2 cups quick cooking rolled oats, 2 cups chopped walnuts
1 (12 oz) pkg semisweet morsels
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, butter, water and eggs; beat 50 strokes. Add oats and walnuts, mixing well.

In medium microwave safe bowl, combine morsels and milk. Heat 1 1/2 minutes, or till melted. Stir to combine.

Spread half of the brownie batter in greased pan; pour chocolate mixture over top; dot top with remaining batter.

Bake 29-33 minutes - do not overbake. Cool 2 hours; refrigerate; cut into bars, serve cold or at room temp.
