1 c. orzo (uncooked)
3/4 c. feta cheese (crumbled)
1/2 c. black olives (sliced)
1/2 red onion (chopped)
1/2 c. frozen peas (cooked, then cooled)
1 large (2 small) tomatoes (chopped)
1 c. pine nuts
Vinaigrette dressing (use your favourite recipe)

Directions:
Cook the orzo noodles to al dente, allow to cool. Add all other ingredients and mix well with the vinaigrette dressing. Ingredients can be adjusted to your taste as desired.
