Bread: 2 cups brown sugar 2/3 cup oil 1 egg 1 cup sour milk or butter milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp soda 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups rhubarb cut in 1/4" pieces 1/2 cup nuts
Topping: 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 T. melted butter
Mix all ingredients together for bread and pour batter into 2 large greased loaf pans. Mix topping ingredients together and dribble over the top. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350º. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
