2 c. flour
˝ tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tsp. cold water

Base:
1 can of Swanson’s chicken broth
6 Chicken thighs
Onion
Celery
Parsley
Salt and pepper.
4 peeled/cubed potatoes

Noodles:
Combine flour and salt. Beat eggs and cold water in a small bowl until well blended. Add egg mixture to flour mixture until well blended. Knead this into a ball. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 2 inch squares. Let it dry a little, then place the dough squares on a platter and refrigerate. Leave the dough set over night.

Base:
Cook 6 chicken thighs, with just enough water to cover, until soft. Remove chicken, allow it to cool; remove skin and bones; return chicken to juices. Add a can of Swanson’s chicken broth, onion, celery, parsley, salt and pepper. Bring broth to a boil. Add potatoes and pot pie noodles, alternating between potatoes and noodles. Cook for about ˝ hour until dough is tender and potatoes are soft. Add more chicken broth if it gets too dry.
