Cakes:
3- 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
5 eggs (1 at a time)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Topping:
2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cakes:
Use small muffin paper. Fill papers full. Bake at 325 for 20 min.

Topping:
Mix together and use a teaspoon for the top of each cheese cake. Bake again at 325 for 5 more min. Cool completely. Add pie filling topping. Chill 7-10 hours before serving.
