Ingredients:
1 1/2 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
salt and garlic powder to taste
1 (lg.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 roll Kraft garlic cheese
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. cooked white rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg. skillet saute onion and chopped broccoli in butter until tender. Season to taste. Heat soup and mushrooms with liquid in a large pot. Add cheese that has been cut into chunks. After cheese has melted, add rice and fold in broccoli mixture. You could put in a casserole and top with bread crumbs but we like to eat ours at this point.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Doris is the wife of Raymond Earl Hollenshead and the daughter-in-law of the late Ray and Fern (Prince) Hollenshead. I don't like to use the box frozen broccoli because it tends to cook to mush. This is one of my favorite sides.
