1 box Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
1 lb. ground sausage
6 boneless chicken beast halves
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to directions on the box. Set aside. Brown and drain sausage. Mix into rice and layer into a casserole dish. Chunk up chicken, season, and brown in the sausage grease. Layer onto rice mixture. Top with soups that have been warmed together. Cover with cheese and bake at 350 until bubbly hot.

Tammy is the wife of Allen Emerson, the daughter of Raymond & Doris (Mitchell) Hollenshead & the granddaughter of the late Ray & Fern (Prince) Hollenshead. This was a favorite dish of my good friend Gwen Pixley who lost her battle with breast cancer.
