1 lb. deer or beef, ground
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 can diced Ro-Tel
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheese
1 (sm.) bag Fritos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion and bell pepper. Drain well.
Mix in Ro-Tel and soup. Start with a layer of Fritos in a casserole dish, then layer meat and cheese. Heat in oven at 350 until bubbly.
