1 1/2 sticks oleo
2 boxes Jiffy bread
4 eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. grated cheese, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo in skillet. Remove from skillet. Mix all other ingredients and pour into skillet. Add melted oleo. Bake at 450 until brown.
