4-6 Chicken cutlets
1 package frozen spinach
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. crumbled corn flakes

Mix:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 350 - 25 minutes
Salt/pepper cutlets and brown in butter and oil, approximately 2 minutes each side.

Microwave frozen spinach 2 minutes, squeeze out moisture and place in bottom of casserole pan.

Place browned chicken on top. Cover with sauce. Place sharp cheddar cheese over and corn flakes.
