6 c. sliced or julienne carrots
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chicken stock
3 T. sugar
1 c. red or green grapes
1/2 c. pecans
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil carrots, stock and sugar. Lower the heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in grapes and nuts and season to taste.
