1 pkg Pistachio instant pudding
1 cup whipping cream
1 can (19oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts finely chopped (opt)
1/2 pkg miniature marshmallow

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients with crushed pineapple and nuts. Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Place in refrigerator for several hours. Serve.
