2 cups lemons, zested and cut in half
2 cups chopped strawberries
3/4 cup sugar (to taste)
3-4 cups ice cold water
ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Zest the lemon peel and squeeze the juice out of the lemons. Blend the strawberries, lemon peels and sugar with 1 cup of water. Strain if desired. Add in the lemon juice and remaining water (or more to taste). Pour into glasses with ice. Makes 6 cups.
