2 cups chopped broccoli florets
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
4 Tbsp chopped white onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream

Mix and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with baked pitas, crackers or veggies.
