1 flank steak, (1-1/2 lb.)
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. white vinegar
3/4 tsp. ginger
1 garlic clove, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Marinate meat overnight, turning meat once.

Remove meat from marinade 20 minutes before cooking and let stand. Broil or barbecue 5 to 10 minutes each side. Slice meat thin, cutting on the angle. Remaining marinade can be heated and served with the meat as an extra sauce.
