2 cups all purpose flour
½ cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 Tbs grated orange zest
1 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour through orange zest in a large bowl.
2. In another bowl, whisk yogurt, eggs, oil and vanilla together.
3. Add wet stuff to the dry stuff. Fold in just til combined. Don’t overdo it.
4. Pour into 12 greased muffin tins.
5. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
