1 can beef broth 1 can water (using empty broth can) 1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix 1 envelope dry "au jus" mix 3-4 lbs beef bottom round roast hoagie buns
1. Mix broth, water, dressing & au jus mix in a crockpot. 2. Place roast in crockpot & cover 3. Cook on low til done - (all day while you're at work) 4. Remove roast & slice thinly 5. Place meat on buns & serve with bowls of juice on side for dipping.
