1 TBS. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl. Mix the eggs and buttermilk together in another bowl. Using forks, pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and blend. Pour onto a hot griddle and cook.
