Ingredients:  
1 lb. Fillet Catfish
1 c. Corn Meal
1 c. Flour
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1 inch of oil in skillet; heat to 375
Combine flour, seasoned salt, pepper, & corn meal.
Dip/Roll fish fillets into flour mixture.
Fry fish for about 5 minutes on each side
Remove to a platter.

Emily used to fry fish all the time when I was little, so I wanted to add a recipe in her memory.
