1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 pound oleo or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine milk and sugar. Add egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Cook until thick, 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in coconut and pecans. Beat until thick enough to spread. Frost the tops of a 3-layer german chocolate cake as you stack them, using toothpicks to hold together.
