1 lb. marrow beans (soak overnight) 1 c. brown sugar 1 medium onion 1 tsp. salt Dark Karo pepper 1 tsp. mustard 3 tbsp. ketchup Bacon
Bring beans to a boil and cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Add (in roasting pan) in rest of ingredients. Cover with bacon (cut up) and bake at 375°F until bacon is brown. (almost 1 hour). Turn down to 350°F or 325°F until beans are soft.
