1 package (20) ounces refrigerator shredded hash brown potatoes
1/3 c. of butter melted
1 tsp beef bouillon granules
1lb. pork sausage
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
3 eggs lightly beaten
4 slices process american cheese chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl , combine hash browns, butter and bouillon. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Meanwhile in a large skillet cook sausage and onions over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink, drain. In large bowl combine the sausage mixture, cottage cheese, eggs and cheese. Pour in to crust and bake at 350 for 40 -45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
