Ingredients:  
1 large bag frozen vegetables
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 potatoes, sliced
1 large can tomato juice or sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up the onion and potato's, place in a large pot with the frozen veggies. Brown the ground beef. Put all ingredients into a large pot. Mix well. Bring to boil then lower to simmer. Simmer until the potatoes and veggies are soft, about 45-60 minutes

If you use tomato sauce, water it down with about one can of water.
