4 1/2 c. flour 1 T. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 T. powdered milk 1 1/2 c. warm water
Mix dry ingredients. Stir in warm water. Knead for about 5 minutes. Let sit covered for at least 30 minutes. Pinch off piece size of a lemon and roll into a smooth ball. Pat ball into flat pancake about the size of a saucer. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, turn and fry on other side. Drain and cool on paper towel. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, or honey.
