1 egg, beaten
1 (6- oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. catsup
1 c .soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c .chopped dill pickle
1 tsp. salt
2 lb. ground beef.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Divide mixture into 16 portions; pat into muffin pans or shape into small oval loaves and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min.
