6 bell peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (16- oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. Colby cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off tops of peppers; remove seeds and membrane. Brown meat and onion. Add salt and pepper. Stir in tomatoes, rice, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover; simmer 15 min. Stir in cheese. Stuff peppers; place in 10" x 6" x 1 1/2" baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 min.
