14.75 oz Red Salmon
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oil out of the can of salmon into a bowl. Remove salmon from the can and clean off all the bones and black skin from the salmon. Break into chunks and put them into the bowl with the oil. Add the onion, celery, green pepper and vinegar. You can add more onion, celery, green pepper or vinegar according to your family's taste. Best if made ahead of time covered and stored in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Family recipe from Catherine Erdman Rambo. My father's mother taught my mother to make this. My mother always served it with a pan of raw fried potatoes. She said it is a great salad to serve in the summer although we have it all year long.
