4 1/2 c. water
1 (28-oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 pkg. frozen cut green beans
3 (sm.) carrots, halved and thinly sliced
2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
1 T. sugar or Splenda
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
Tabasco sauce, to taste
1 lb. fully cooked smoked turkey sausage, halved and thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes

In Dutch oven, combine the first 10 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 min. or until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the sausage and hash browns. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover & cook 5 min. or until heated.
