2 lbs. Cod 1 tsp. salt 1 bay leaf 3 slices onion 1 lemon slice 1/2 Cup White Wine 2 Tbs. Melted butter
Place cod in sauce pan with enough water to cover add remaining ingredients, except melted butter and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 12 minutes. Remove fish carefully, drizzle with butter.
