*Must use stone bakeware dish for this recipe or its not so 'easy' Haha!*

6 Granny Smith Apples-peeled and sliced
1/2 cup oats (I sometimes substitute with apple cinnamon flavored instant oatmeal packets)
6-8 graham crackers, crushed
6 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples. In a separate dish, melt butter in the microwave. Next, mix dry ingredients (except apples) in large stone bakeware dish. Pour in butter and mix well. Stir in the apples.

Cook for 15 minutes in the microwave on HIGH.

If you do not use a stone bakeware pan, try it in the oven!
