Won Ton Wraps (small or large)
1/4 lb. Ground Beef
2 Green Onions, chopped white and green
1 Carrot, grated
1/4 c Bean Sprouts, chopped
1/4 tsp. Salt
Pepper
1/2 tsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2" vegetable oil in pan to 350

MIx all ingredients together except Won Ton Wraps. Place a small amount of meat into a Won Ton Wrap, roll and seal with water to hold together.

Deep fry Lumpia until golden brown.

Serve warm or at room temperature with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Soy Sauce and Hot Mustard for dipping.

My Mom and I have made these since I was a teen. It is a recipe from her Home Economic days. Great recipe for young cooks learning to fry!
