1 1/2 - 2 lbs. round steak chopped into small strips
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/4 cup oil
5 ounces mushrooms
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 small can tomato sauce
8 ounces of sour cream
Noodles or rice


Directions:
Directions:
Saute slowly salted and peppered steak on all sides in oil. Stir in mushroom soup, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Add mushrooms. Stir until mixed. Cover and let simmer for about 20 - 25 minutes. Stir frequently. Stir in sour cream and let heat before serving. Serve over noodles or rice.
