9 potatoes
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1 pt. half and half
1 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins on. Refrigerate overnight. Peel and shred potatoes. Place in buttered 9x13 pan. Heat cheese, butter, salt and half and half. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
