2 T. butter
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16-oz) carton Cool Whip
2 (9-inch) Graham cracker pie crust
1 jar caramel ice cream topping

Directions:

Melt butter in skillet. Add coconut and nuts. Stir well over medium heat till toasted. Set aside. Mix cream cheese and milk till smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Place 1/4 of mixture in bottom of each pie crust. Pour on 1/4 of the caramel topping. Sprinkle 1/4 of the nuts and coconut. Repeat layers, ending with coconut and nuts. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze. Serve frozen.
