4 Large sliced potatoes 4 c cubed cooked ham 1/4 c butter 1/3 c flour 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp dry mustard 2 c milk 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
Heat oven 350. In 9 x 13 baking pan (spray with cooking spray) layer potatoes and ham. Medium saucepan melt butter till sizzling. Stir in flour, mustard, and pepper. Cook medium heat,(stir constantly until smooth & bubbly(1 min). Add milk, stir occassionally (with wire wisk) Add cheddar cheese soup allow to thicken. (2-3 min) Bake 60-75 min. OR Precook potatoes, bake for 40 min or until bubbly.
