Cake:
1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 large can mandarin oranges, undrained



Frosting:
1 large can of crushed pineapple, undrained
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 large container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well and add to dry cake mix. Add mandarin oranges with juice and oil. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.

For frosting, pour instant pudding into crushed pineapple with juice. Stir and add Cool Whip. Spread over cake and refrigerate. Very moist and keeps well.
