3-1/2 cups of flour
1 T. olive oil
1 c. of water
2-1/4 tsp. of yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. Rosemary or Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water into a large bowl and add the yeast, mix with a fork. Add one cup of flour at a time and mix. Let rise for 20-30 minutes and knead a couple of times during that time.

I don't take the time for it to rise - only the amount of time to prepare my other ingredients. Bake @ 425 for 12-14 min. My kids love this recipe and often tell me that I should have a pizza and pie shop. It makes two nice size pizzas.
