1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
garlic to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
paprika sprinkled on top

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid from canned artichokes and mash. Combine ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve warm and spread on crackers.
