3 lbs chicken wings, cut up 3 eggs, stirred 2 cups flour 6 Tbsp soy sauce 6 Tbsp water 2 cups white sugar 1 cup vinegar 1/2 tsp salt
Dip wings in eggs. Roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Combine other ingredients in saucepan, heat sauce and pour over chicken on foil lined cookie sheet. Baste every 10 minutes. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Watch carefully as it burns easily.
