3 cups onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups green pepper
1/2 cup red pepper
3 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 cup tomato paste
jalapenos; mild: 5-6, hot: 10-12
14 cups peeled and chopped tomatoes

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in pot. Heat to boiling. Simmer 1 hour. Add 6 Tbsp corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup vinegar. Bring to boil again. Put into clean, sterilized jars and process for 30 minutes.
