5 cups Broccoli florets
6 Bacon slices, cooked crisp & crumbled
cup Diced red onion
cup Grated medium cheddar cheese
cup Roasted sunflower seeds (optional)
cup Raisins (optional)

Sweet Creamy Dressing

6 tbsp Light salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tbsp Granulated sugar
2 tbsp White vinegar

Put first 5 ingredients into large bow. Toss

Dressing: combine salad dressing, sugar, and vinegar in small bowl. Drizzle over salad. Toss well. Makes about cup (125ml)
