2 lb chicken wings
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp oil
2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup brown sugar
Soya sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil chicken wings 15-20 minutes. Sauté onions, garlic, mustard, sugar and oil. Add enough Soya sauce to make moist. Place chicken in dish. Cover with sauce. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
