Grill the chicken, sliced into long, thin pieces.
Fry the bacon, leave to cool on napkins, then tear into 1x1 in. pieces.
Lay the tortilla flat, add the chicken, then the bacon, then the cheese, the chipotle goes on over the cheese.
Chop the avocado, spoon out half, slice it up and spread out over the cheese.
Add the diced tomatoes and the diced onion.
Sprinkle the black pepper from your shaker.
Tuck the sides in first, then roll it. Biggest thing is not tearing the tortilla as you do it (usually means you try to squeeze too much delicious-ness in).
