10 cooked potatoes, mashed with milk added
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 to 1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat potatoes, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth. Add garlic salt. Place in buttered casserole dish, dot with butter and bake uncovered @ 350 for 30 minutes.
